The fiery Mukurweini MP, who is a die-hard supporter of President Uhuru Kenyatta, started the scuffle after he confronted Nandi Hills MP, Alfred Keter, demanding to know why he was claiming that Uhuru fixed Ruto at the ICC.
As they engaged in a war of words, the well built Kabando punched Keter and tried to wrestle him down.
However, the hunter became the hunted after URP MPs descended on Kabando with kicks and blows as they tried to rescue their own.
He was left beaten senselessly and warned against threatening Keter in and out of Parliament.
Popular blogger, Robert Alai, also got a scoop on the scuffle between Kabando and URP MPs and this is what he had to say;
This happened in parliament today(Wednesday). Kabando wa Kabando tried to assault Alfred Keter for claiming that Uhuru fixed Ruto. Realizing that their main foot soldier was at risk, URP MPs pounced on Kabando wa Kabando beating him senseless.
It is not as easy as you think. Chicken coming home to roost. #UhuruFixedRuto
Kabando later said that there was nothing like that and here is what he posted
