A couple were arrested and fined for kissing in public in Manzini, Swaziland.
The Municipal Council of Manzini warned members of the public that fondling and kissing in public was a criminal offence.
Council spokesperson Mathokoza Thwala said such behaviour was part of a list of public indecency offences in Manzini city.
He told the council, 'Children form part of the members of the public and one can imagine what they would learn if such behaviour would be permitted in the city.'
