Pregnant Tori Spelling rubs her back as she eases the strain of her growing bump

With three active children to chase around and another on the way, it would be understandable if Tori Spelling were feeling the strain.
The reality star certainly looked to be little tired as she stepped out at the weekend, rubbing her back as she walked around in the heat of Los Angeles.
Tori and husband Dean McDermott took their baby daughter Hattie to an estate sale, before going for lunch at an Italian restaurant.

The 39-year-old wore a boho outfit of paisley maxi skirt and white vest, with a crocheted vest on top. Her husband kept in casual in jeans and T-shirt, as he pushed Hattie in a stroller.
Tori is eight months pregnant with her fourth child, having conceived just six weeks after the birth of little Hattie.
But while Tori may be feeling a little tired, she is reveling in her fourth pregnancy - and keeping her fans fully informed as it progresses.

The new baby is due on September 20, leaving Tori a few more weeks to prepare.
With her house already full of baby items there isn't too much for her to do. But one thing Tori has been arranging is a photo shoot to document her growing bump.
This week she shared a photo of
herself posing for a 'belly shoot'.
'An amazing photo from my belly shoot,' she tweeted. 'Stunning our 4th belly shoot!'

The picture, taken to commemorate her pregnancy, showed Tori dressed in a flattering white smock which skimmed her bump. In the shot she leans forward, hair covering her face, to embrace her bump.
Along with baby Hattie Tori and Dean also have son Liam, five, and daughter Stella, four.
Tori claims her latest pregnancy has been the easiest so far.
She said: 'My pregnancy is going great. Knock on wood, this has been my best pregnancy. I’ve been feeling great. With the first three pregnancies, I was super sick all the time and nauseous.'

The former Beverly Hills 90210 actress added that her husband finds her sexy when she is pregnant.
She added: 'I'm never as happy as when I'm pregnant.
'And Dean can't keep his hands off me! He's like, "You're the sexiest pregnant woman".'
'I literally would have 10 babies if I could.'
