British summertime may have let us down once again, but this year there’s a way to inject a burst of warmth into your wardrobe — and that’s with a shot of coral.

From Oscar de la Renta’s beaded tassel earrings to Roksanda Ilincic’s bell-sleeved dress, the zesty hue made a statement on the Spring/Summer catwalks.

Not all of us are brave enough to go top-to-toe coral like actress Kate Hudson but even the slightest splash of the jolly shade will perk up a dull outfit.

Why not pair coral sunglasses with a crisp white shirt? Or for the brave among us, match an oversized coral necklace with a pair of espadrilles.
