- Recently, Queen Bey's bae is out and about, as he sits down for an interview with 'T The New York Times Style Magazine' as NAIJ.com spotted the story on 'Essence.'

- Part of what he shared during the interview was talking about how children have an unrealistic view of life benefitting from parents' success.

- The 47-year old Shawn Corey Carter, or famously known in the world as Jay-Z speaks up about raising conscious children.

Earlier this year in June, Queen Bey and Jay-Z happily welcomed their baby twins, namely Rumi and Sir Carter.

The duo became instantly famous and celebrities.

Well, that's what you get when you have massively famous parents.

The twins joined their big sister, the adorable 5-year-old Blue Ivy.

Talking about children and fame, the father of three, apparently shared raising children and how he wants to raise them.

The widely popular Carters reportedly bought a home in Los Angeles area, and despite everything else, they stayed in the spotlight.

During Jay-Z's sit-down interview, he talked about how children can usually have an unreasonable standpoint in life when they're benefitting from their parents' success.

Nonetheless, regardless of the perks of being rich and famous, he planned to raise his children consciously aware.

He further shared that he and his superstar wife strive to raise 'conscious' kids despite all the fame their family is blessed with.

Jay-Z told the magazine, and we quote.

'There's a delicate balance to that, right?'

He continued,

'Because you have to educate your children on the world as it exists today and how it got to that space, but my child doesn't need the same tools that I needed growing up.'
'I needed certain tools to survive my area that my child doesn't need.'
'They're growing up in a different environment.'

The 47-year-old father-of-three rapper added that he believes his children need to know their history and be instilled with a sense of what it took him to get to this place he is right now.

'But also they have to know their history. Have a sense of what it took to get to this place.'

He continued sharing that he wants to raise children who have compassion for others.

And have compassion for others. The most important thing I think out of all this is to teach compassion and to identify with everyone's struggle and to know these people made these sacrifices for us to be where we are and to push that forward — for us. I believe that's the most important thing to show them, because they don't have to know things that I knew growing up. Like being tough.'

Jay-Z also shared that it is important to educate children about the world as it exists at the moment.

Lastly, he shared the most important thing today he thinks is to teach compassion and determine everyone's struggle, and be aware of the people who made the sacrifices for them to be where they are right now.

'The most important thing I think out of all this is to teach compassion and to identify with everyone's struggle and to know these people made these sacrifices for us to be where we are and to push that forward — for us. I believe that's the most important thing to show them, because they don't have to know things that I knew growing up. Like being tough.'
